• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7-14 business days.

Shipping Costs:

• Standard Shipping (Domestic): $5.99 or FREE for orders over $50.
• Expedited Shipping (Domestic): $12.99.
• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items, gift cards, and opened products are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at customerservice@pqgloss.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are accepted for the same product in a different shade (if unopened) or a replacement for a defective product.
